Happy news!

Ana had a great full body high rep cardio workout today. Plus always making sure we add in some pelvic floor strengthening exercises .. more important than lifting heavy right now.. always train smart!

A nice little interview from Ana! 2 weeks ago she was weighed and measured. Numbers don’t lie! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ˜€ Down 4 inches and 4 lbs!
